Tammy has lived at the farm with her husband, Douglas, for over 20 years. She loves working with families and children. She's worked in a variety of Children's Ministry roles throughout her life. She is passionate about sharing the gospel of Christ and bringing hope to families. Tammy is trained in Natural Lifemanship equine assisted ment
Tammy has lived at the farm with her husband, Douglas, for over 20 years. She loves working with families and children. She's worked in a variety of Children's Ministry roles throughout her life. She is passionate about sharing the gospel of Christ and bringing hope to families. Tammy is trained in Natural Lifemanship equine assisted mentoring. Tammy is also an American Family Insurance agent with offices in New Richmond, Hudson, and St. Croix Falls.

Allie has been working in ministry for over a decade. She has created online small groups, in person Bible studies, ran weekend faith based events and has been training in ACBC, CCEF biblical counseling. She also is trained in Equine Assisted Learning through O. K. Corral. She is a nerd who loves spreadsheets, reading, The Bible, and mostly Jesus.

Madison grew up at Laughing Horses Ranch and has been riding since she was able to walk. She has a passion for sharing the horses with children and families who don't have their own horses. She enjoys helping new horse owners navigate the horse world.

Doug and Tammy have been married over 20 years. After leaving Anderson Windows, Doug has taken Tammy's visions and made her dream a reality here at the Ranch. His innovative long-term thinking and hard work has replaced and built the Ranch to its glory. He is a passionate man who loves his wife, children, community and Christ.

Noelle is a life long horse lover. She has a education in Animal Science and has worked as a dental assistant for 17 years. Noelle is also a certified PEMF practitioner and enjoys working with families and all animals. When not working she enjoys riding horses, her two children Tyler and Kylie, rodeo, working on her farm and being outdoors with her husband of 29 years.
